About the Blackbuck
The blackbuck antelope is one of the most distinctive exotics in Texas. Mature bucks carry tight, corkscrew horns that twist three to four turns tight, with the finest reaching 22 inches and beyond.
Native to the open plains of India and Pakistan, blackbuck thrive on the senderos and pastures of 3-S Ranch. They are sharp-eyed and quick, making for a challenging spot-and-stalk hunt that rewards patience and a steady rifle.
Trophy bucks turn jet-black with crisp white markings — one of the most striking color contrasts in any game animal.
