Texas Exotic
Dybowski Sika
The largest sika subspecies — vocal, aggressive, hard-antlered.
About the Dybowski Sika
The Dybowski is the largest of the sika subspecies, and our specialty program produces heavy, mature stags. Sika are vocal and aggressive in the rut, with a distinctive whistling bugle that carries across the ranch.
Stags carry tall, hard-fighting antlers and a dark, near-black rut coat. They're intelligent and wary — a sika hunt rewards the patient, woods-savvy hunter.
Overseen alongside our red stag and fallow under a dedicated manager, the 3-S sika herd is among the best-managed in the region.
